Java Developer

·         Experience – 2 to 6 years
·         Expertise in Core Java is a must.
·         Java server side development is a must.
·         Experience in agile methodology is desirable.
·         Solid understanding of SQL relational databases (Oracle preferred).
·         Experience in working with distributed teams.
·         Strong interpersonal skill and oral and written communication skills.
·         BE in Computer Science/IT is preferred. MCA /MCS is also acceptable.
·         Diverse experience in multiple software engineering disciplines such as web development, web services, database, distributed/grid computing, system security, performance testing, testing automation,
·         Leads by example in all aspects of software development and can train other team members.

UI Developer

·         Experience – 2 to 6 years
·         Strong UI development foundation – Rich Internet Application (RIA), Web 2.0, AJAX, HTML, Javascript, CSS, JSON
·         Familiar with modern web development frameworks like ExtJS, jQuery or YUI etc. and integration mechanisms to interact with backend layers
·         Experience working with a group of developers operating in AGILE methodologies
·         Proven track record of achieving productivity gains and meeting tight deadlines
·         Development of (or heavy customization of) web development frameworks is a big PLUS
·         Experience in working with distributed teams
·         Strong interpersonal skill, oral and written communication skills
