Java 2-8 Yrs
Must have worked on large scale j2ee applications, should be conversant with performance aspects as well diff development methodologies and frameworks.
Technical Writer 6-12 Yrs exp
A technical person who is able to create technical documents like Whitepapers, Technical Brochures, Technical presentations etc. The person should also be able to review product documentation.
Graphic Artist 2-9 Yrs
The person should be able to create Graphic art as needed.
Graphic Designer 3-8 Yrs
The person should be able to visualize and create graphical designs for the organization.
Web and Sharepoint Designer 2-6 Yrs
The person should be able to visualize and design websites. Sharepoint Knowledge is preferred.

Job Responsibilities: To make excellent programmers out of fresh college graduates and also improve the skills of experienced new employees. Conduct trainings on Relational Databases, Java Programming, Development frameworks like GWT, ZK etc. The candidate will devise training modules, exercises and track their completion by the trainees. Be a mentor to the trainees while they are undergoing the training.
Qualifications: The candidate should be a graduate/post graduate in Computer Science or equivalent. He should have 2-4 years’ experience in conducting training programs for fresher and experienced employees. The candidate should be hands-on with Java related technologies, databases and be able to guide the trainees on best practices in software development. The candidate should be able to learn new tools/technologies and then create and deliver training programs. The candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills.
QA ( 1 -5 Yrs )
The person should have eye for detail and should have orientation towards the visual and functional quality of the product. Experience with the software product testing will be preferred. Working Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
