Help Management in setting up offices /subsidiary in US, Australia for business growth
Ensure  transfer pricing policies are adhered to across the group entities globally
Provide quality inputs to management in preparation of strategic and long term business plans
Prepare annual budget, rolling forecast and cash flow plans.
Identify and monitor various risks to company’s business and create mechanisms to mitigate those risks.

Financial Reporting and Internal Controls:
