Criteria to be filled

 

             Experience : 2-4 Years - Junior Level

             Experience : 4-6.5 Years - Senior Level

             Designation : Depends on relevant experience

             Skill : Good communication

             Qualification : BE/ME  from reputed college (Schooling from  ICSE / CBSE  Preferred) with 7 and above CGPA(for State board it has to be 60% and above)

             Notice Period : 2 Weeks preferable/ serving NP

             Work Location - Magarpatta

 

Job Description

 

Desired Profile: -  

• 2+ years of professional experience working with Cognos Business Intelligence Suite and Cognos BI Framework Manager in a data warehouse environment, to include at least two years of extensive Cognos BI report development experience.

• Experience of working with Cognos Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio & Transformer/Dynamic cubes. 

• Experience in full life cycle of designing and developing Cognos 10 & 11 BI solutions as well as a thorough understanding of data warehouse/business intelligence development life cycle.

• Experience in the creation of complex data models using framework manager, complex reports and dashboard style solutions using Cognos 10 & 11 solutions. 

• Advanced SQL writing and programming skills, with sound understanding and foundation of both relational and dimensional modeling techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in the creation of requirements, design documents, and technical specifications. 

• Skills to work in a rapidly-changing environment with shifting priorities, and demonstrate the ability to meet urgent operational deadlines. 

• Skills to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. 

• Skills to work independently and multi-task to meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.

• Understanding on SDK and use of Javascript / HTML in reports.

• Experience with troubleshooting and SQL performance tuning is a plus

• Knowledge on installation/ configuration and Administration would be advantage

• Experience integrating Cognos with other web portals would be beneficial.
