Capgemini Referral Program For Freshers | Support Anti-Corruption Movement and Get Referred

 I am fasting while working in office from last 2 days to support Shri Anna Hajare. Lot of friends have joined me in doing  fast from their office, home, school, College from all across the world.
Sensing the mood of the nation this time, we have come up with this idea.  You help us, We help You . You can do the any of the things to support Anti-corruption movement. You can choose your suitable option which suits you well. Once you chose option you have to do two things below:
1]  You can FAST with me as per your suitablity  from anywhere in the world, for the period of ranging from1 hour to infinite time.
    You have to write those details in comments section of below blog.
 
2] You can chose to spread the word about it by various means like
  a] Putting the blog url in your Gtalk message
  b] Forwarding this blog url to your maximum friends, ralatives, acquaitances, and Try to encourage them to actively take part.
  c] You can spread this blog URL on your Facebook, tweeter, Orkut accounts.
  d] You can think of your own ideas.
 You have to write about what you are doing, in comments section of below blog.

To manage mails properly, I have created my own googlegroup of friends. Whoever is willing to receive my mails and if it is helping them or their friends, can request to join the group.

We are hiring fresher engineering graduates / post-graduates for immediate requirements and have scheduled the following Fresher Hiring events exclusively for candidates referred by Capgemini associates.


Important Note:

1.       Each Capgemini India associate shall be eligible to refer only one candidate for this fresher recruitment event.
2.       They have to send the candidate information, to the points of contact mentioned in the communication mail.
3.       The Email with candidate details should have the subject “2009 - 2010 Fresher Hiring Referral Program”.

5.       The Fresher Unit will issue Admit Cards directly to the eligible candidates via email.
6.       The exact date, timing and venue for the Aptitude Test will be mentioned in the Admit Cards.
7.       The last date for receiving referrals is as mentioned in the communication mail below and shall be strictly adhered to. Any candidate referred beyond the scheduled dates shall not be considered for this fresher recruitment drive.
8.       The candidates have to carry the following MANDATORY set of documents to the test venue:
1.       Admit Card issued by Capgemini
2.       Photo copy of  the identity card of their referees.
3.       Photo Identity Card (Passport Copy, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, etc.)
4.       Latest copy of their Resume
5.       Two passport size color photograph
6.       All original certificates and mark-sheets along with one set of photocopy of these documents.

(Candidates not carrying the above documents shall NOT be allowed to appear for the Aptitude Test)

9.       The candidates selected after the entire process may be placed at any of the Capgemini locations. Place of posting and stream of work shall be solely at the discretion of Capgemini.
10.   There are NO referral bonus for Fresher hiring.
11.    Associates are requested NOT to forward this mail to outside Capgemini Mail domain to avoid unmanageable crowding situation at Capgemini office locations on the day of this Fresher Recruitment event.

Selection Process:

·         Aptitude Test
·         Candidates clearing the aptitude test will go through a Group Discussion (GD).
·         Candidates selected in the GD will appear for a Technical and Personal Interview.
